Leadership Coaching

We are passionate about the value coaching offers to busy leaders: creating the environment for them to have some space to reflect on the what/why/how they are leading is the only way any future change will be brought about. It is hard, given the nature of leaders’ lives for this to do done by themselves.

Our particular focus comes from work in the fields of Positive Psychology, Neuroscience, NLP, Gestalt and Bioenergetics (mind-body psychology) We have an extensive ‘toolkits’ of different approaches and techniques, which we use when coaching as appropriate.

  • We are business/context focused and relate quickly to individuals and their organisational scenarios. We always have a focus of ensuring that any learning has direct application to the workplace
  • We have a relaxed collaborative style; and we are energetic, engaging and pragmatic in our approach.
  • We focus our clients on the skills of reflection, appreciation of choices and accountability. We encourage individuals to take responsibility for their desired outcomes and hold them to account.
  • We have a strong belief in the value of working with people’s strengths and building on these to enable people to work at their best; as well as understanding what both derails and where the gaps in leadership may be. This is underpinned by a focus on how individuals and teams will sustain their performance over the long term.
