Stephanie de Sarandy

Stephanie is a highly experienced Learning and Development professional with Director level experience and insight and knowledge of various industry sectors.

Her business experience was gained through senior operational roles in Hewlett Packard and PwC, and then as HR Director for a start-up organisation She draws on this business experience in her development work, which has spanned over 25 years.

Her main area of focus is leadership development and talent management – embracing coaching, facilitation and delivery of specific leadership interventions together with consultancy in TNA, L&D planning, identification of specific interventions, resourcing and evaluation.

Stephanie’s style is warm, engaging, energetic, supportive and challenging. She has a natural ability to build strong client relationships based on trust and transparency, and a quick grasp of business issues at different levels of an organisation.

She motivates and engages with her clients in a creative and thoughtful manner, at the same time her deep expertise around people development and her capacity to ask those difficult questions means she helps clients get to the nub of issues quickly.
