Resilience

Energy comes from four main wellsprings in human beings: the body, emotions, mind, and spirit. In each, energy can be systematically expanded and regularly renewed.”

In our experience of working with leaders we see a high degree of resilience; dealing with everyday work issues, a continual changing environment, and some highly challenging situations. We’ve observed that some individuals are not always aware of all the resources they have at their disposal to help stay resilient. Sometimes they know intellectually what would help but don’t always put that in to practice.

We also notice that a lot of work around resilience focuses on the individual and while this is clearly hugely important, we believe it is also critical to explore how individuals can translate that back into their team or organisations and how organisations as a whole can develop a more resilient culture.

Our Offer
  • We take a whole person approach; focusing on the way we look after ourselves mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
  • We work at the individual, team or organisation level – and the interaction between them
  • We support people in creating new habits to help address the question ‘how can we do the obvious thing?
  • There are a number of different ways we can work with you; an introductory webinar; on-line videos; a series of lunch and learns; one off workshops or a modular programme.
