Nichola Jacob

Nichola is an experienced developer of Leaders with a reputation for working with senior individuals and teams to help them become the best they can be.

She works in a number of business contexts and cultures, across both the private and public sectors, bringing with her some different perspectives as well as her experiences of managing and leading her own teams. She has a breadth and depth of experience particularly in the areas of senior team development and one-to-one coaching, as well as the facilitation and design of many different interventions, with both an individual and an organisational focus.

With a business background in PwC, the, Logica and the Independent Broadcasting Authority, Nichola has a real appreciation of the challenges, joys, frustrations and opportunities in organisational life. She has also led her own HR and OD teams and draws on this knowledge and experience in her client work.

As important is her approach, which is thoughtful, very client-focused, and very engaging. She is passionate about working in an appreciative way, from strengths rather than a deficit perspective.

She is a pragmatic practitioner, a great listener, insightful in her challenge and sensitive in her perception. Her facilitation is excellent, showing great judgment in knowing when to intervene, when to hold back, and appreciating just what support is required.

She connects well with all her clients; offering a supportive yet challenging space for development. The relationships she builds and the depth and warmth of the connections she makes with people enable her to bring challenge and new perspectives to individuals and organisations.
